Please Read Our Return Policy
- All returns must be postmarked within ten days from the delivery date.
The delivery date will be determined by the date that USPS updated tracking status to “delivered”.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, perfume and smoke-free and with tags still attached.
- We are not responsible for damages due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any item.
- Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
Price adjustments will not be made for promotion days.
We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy or if there is history of wardrobing items.
Refunds will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the item to be returned to us and 7-10 days for the credit to be applied to your account.
Exchanges
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in in which you may use to purchase a new size if the item is still available.
We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department.
Information Regarding Potential Garment Damage
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
